RE: V5R2 and V5R3

I have a system at home and have done all the hardware support myself.  I
have been able to repair failures and do upgrades on the cheap by searching
the web and eBay.  My system will be stuck forever at v4r5 (it would only
support v5r1 even if I did upgrade).  So I don't pay for any support.  My
DASD controller doesn't support RAID so I'm running unprotected, mirroring
would cost to much in overhead (half of my 4 drives) to justify.  Since it
is just my hobby system I'm OK with that as I have a good backup.

I'm assuming your system is used by your company.  That likely changes
everything.

Hey anyone have a retired tape drive?  I could use one.
