I know this is gonna sound like heresy in this day and age where everything is supposed to be GUI'ied, but 99.9% of the time I order PTFs I use SNDPTFORD. It takes a _lot_ less of my time to do the ordering, and most PTFs (including the HIPER group) are downloaded immediately. The only things I have found not downloaded immediately with the SNDPTFORD command are the CUM and Client Access Service packs. When you have IBM set it up right, SNDPTFORD does _not_ use a modem, except as a fallback. Just my opinion.
