Does the Windows ID and password match the iSeries ID and password?
Especially case, mixed case windows passwords will mess this up.
Another thing I have seen on WIN XP is that in some cases the sign-on
box will have a qualified user profile (i.e. domain/usrprf) filled in.
In this case we have had to remove the domain before signing on to the
mapped drive.

I tried all the suggestions... But still no success.... I deleted the
profile, from the directory entry... Re-enrolled... Removed her from
the disabled list...

This one profile, is just giving me fits... I have 30 other users who
have authority here, and they all work...

I'm wondering if I need to uninstall client access, to re-install
windows.... But the weird part, is, if I use my profile, it will work
on her machine, so that's why I feel the software is fine...

Thanks, Tim

Is she disabled for Netserver access?

Go to ops nav, expand the system. Network/Servers/TCPIP, right-click on
Netserver and select Disabled User IDs
