Failing that, I do recommend the java group ptf available at: http://www-912.ibm.com/s_dir/sline003.NSF/GroupPTFs?OpenView&view=GroupPTFs or http://www-912.ibm.com/eserver/support/fixes/fcgui.jsp Or, one last ditch effort, WRKSYSVAL QALWOBJRST. On our DMZ i5 partition we have that set to *NONE and it plays heck with applying ptf's. We open it up for the duration of the ptf install. Rob Berendt
