After moving to a new facility, our UPS became defective and shut the system down - TWICE. The second time while the first IPL was in process! Ouch... This was about a month ago. About a week and a half ago, we upgraded from V5R2 to V5R3 and decided to first do a RCLSTG given the power outage issues. Granted, our 820 contains only 98G at 82%, but even with the abnormal ends, it took only an hour and 50 minutes. Regards, Penny Lancor City of St. Charles
