Our Model 740 is mirrored at the bus level and supports concurrent maintenance. Concurrent maintenance is not supported on all models, however. We have a Model 40S that is mirrored also and it has to be brought down to replace a disk.

Can you remove a drive from a mirrored set, replace it with a new drive, and restart mirroring with zero user interruption? We do that with raid5, during normal business hours.
