We use it here. For external FTP we have a dedicated server in our DMZ.
We are using WS FTP Pro Server and recommend our clients to use their
client. We have generated our own certificate and send it to our users
to add to their trusted list. We have FTPS client and server available
on our AS400 as well but our AS400's are not available to the internet.
Fairly easy to configure using the web admin tool at V5R3. I am also in
N.CA, Santa Rosa and can help you if need.

Is anyone using FTPS? We have a trading partner that wants us to send
data files using FTPS. We have various platforms, including Win2k, UNIX
and iSeries.
All help will be greatly appreciated.
