one thing I don't understand that perhaps greater minds here can explain to me:

I'm a regular attendee at IBM pSeries Tech Conferences and what used to be UserBlue(AIX equivalent of COMMON).

When I look at the COMMON session agenda's (and IBM iSeries tech conf agendas also for that matter) I see of sessions about running AIXL or Linux on iSeries. LOTS of them. BUT, at the pSeries conferences you NEVER NEVER NEVER see ANYTHING about running OS/400(or whatever name) on AIXL platforms. Matter of fact, it's considered to be a heretical statement to even mention OS/400 at a pSeries conference. SO, why are we being conditioned to accept AIXL, linux, etc., on iSeries but nobody else is being even offered the consideration of running OS/400 on pSeries...??
