I'd call IBM. Sometimes they will generate a new customer number for a
customer.

Subject: Received someone else's PTF CD?

Our client has received a CD that has a customer number other than their own
(and not ours). Does this happen often? PMR is 12287.

Should we inform someone? And if so, who?

Thank you,
