Google is your friend: http://www.drj.com/new2dr/samples.htm Any BC/DR plan will be very customized based on your environment, applications, service levels, availability requirements, budget, etc. I would suggest reading some of the items at the link above and then formulating your BC/DR plan from there. One thing to specifically do it not confuse HA with BC/DR. Having two servers for HA means nothing if they're both in the same data center below sea level in New Orleans.
