In-STALLED licensed Program issue

I did a scratch install of V5R2M0 on my model 170 yesterday and began 
installing licensed programs last night.  It pretty much finished all 
the LP's it could install because I got through the entire stack of 
CD's.  I must had chosen at least one LP that I didn't have a CD for 
since I went through the stack and it still couldn't find the correct CD 
so I took the "X" option on the prompt.  At that point I got a status 
screen that has "Installing Licensed Programs" at the top. Then it has 
"Licensed programs processed.....29 of 34" with the next line showing 
"Licensed programs failed.....1".  Just below that it has the Licensed 
program list which has 5722AC3 Option 55 "IBM Open Class - source and 
samples" displayed.

That is it.  No activity on the screen. No flashing messages about 
loading from temporary files.  Nuthin.  I see some occasional activity 
on the processor light but it has been this way for 12 hours now.  No 
messages in QSYSOPR (I am in break mode anyway) I can press the enter 
key and the X appears at the bottom of the screen as though it was input 
inhibited but the cursor just hangs out it the upper left hand corner 
and the information on the screen never changes.

Anyone ever see this before?  Should I just take a SysReq 2 and cancel 
at this point?  It just seems stalled out.
