There is no other system, just a link to the system in CA. We are opening an office in Tennessee. How can I have those employees in Tennessee in their local TZ while the CA office stays in it's local TZ. When is IBM going to add a TZ value for user profiles / job descriptions. (Frankly I would record all transactions in UTC and display local TZ for the users but not my choice.)
