I used to support a bunch of the little Model 150's for a former employer. 
 The Model 150 is not covered under software subscription.  Each release 
you pay a flat fee for the "BasePak" software bundle which has all of the 
LPP's you request from your business partner.  I believe V5R2 was the last 
release available for the Model 150.  Sorry if someone already covered 
this.........
