They don't really access each others information, but one of the programs running in these jobs always updates and sometimes retrieves values out of these slots every time it's called. Also, there are other independent jobs, that access this 'job slot' information. As to the size... we could do some compression, but not enough to avoid hitting the ceiling. I did receive some replies off-line that I'll look into.
