Usually the quickest fix is to go to a valid backup of the object and
restore it.  To do this you need to verify the impact of restoring the
object, of course.  If it's an IBM object (which this one is), the quickest
route is to call service to find out if you should restore it - in some
cases they may just have you recreate it instead.

You probably need to run the recalim strorage (RCLSTG) command.
