This is a power supply problem. It failed or you have a short. I had this with a hard drive that shorted out somehow and killed the power supply. I disconnect the power connection from each drive and then started the IP process. Plugged in one drive at a time until the system died. I had 12 drive to but found it on the second one. Also a model 400 @ V5R1.
