I totally agree. I'd rather have the development time in my apps spent on testing the underlying business logic than look and feel. As for GUI I have adjusted. I now only use my left hand for typing on the keyboard and my right hand on the mouse. -- Doug Hart -----Original Message----- From: midrange-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:midrange-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Nathan Andelin Sent: Sunday, December 04, 2005 10:48 PM To: Midrange Systems Technical Discussion Subject: Re: Accounting Vendors This weekend my wife and I placed an order for a new sewing machine and accessories. Our sales lady entered the order using a Windows thick-GUI client, which required her to alternate between keyboard and mouse several time to complete the order. A UI with either strait keyboard, or strait mouse clicking would have made the job easier. Nathan Andelin --------------------------------- Yahoo!
