You can do it with iSeries access but it's kind of a pain to upload data. You have to create a file ahead of time with the correct field types and lengths. Then put a record in it and download to your PC to generate the .FDF file needed to define the iSeries file. Then you can upload your real file to the iSeries using the .FDF. You can also use the IBM plug in for Excel to upload data from an .xls file.
