Booth,

I tried the IBM site without success.  I'm pretty sure it's there I just 
couldn't put together the right combination of sort, specification, FMTDTA, 
etc. to find a manual with the documentation.  Lots of information of FMTDTA 
but nothing I saw with how to define the source specs.

I may be posting the source.  I'll try Lances suggestion of changing the type 
and prompting.  It that doesn't work I'll post the source.
