That's not a supported upgrade path, IIRC.

You need to upgrade to V5R2 first (or V5R1), and then to V5R3.

However, the SRC indicates another problem:

B1XX-4605 stands for problems with the load source. Either your CD is
bad (more likely) or your drive is broken.
