1.    There is no object on our system named PBACKUP01.  The user id on
most print jobs is BACKUP01.

2.    Print separator page . . . . . .   *YES

a.    Change Output Queue (CHGOUTQ) doesn't allow me to change this
attribute. 

b.    The object was created on 08/17/02.

3.    Yes it's a remote out queue.

4.    The JetDirect is set to no banner page.

Is PBACKUP01 the name of a printer device or a job on the AS/400? 

Check the device for separator page setup. Is it printed through a 

remote outq? Check the outq, too. Then see if the JetDirect is set to 

print separator pages.

 

Just a wild guess.
