Do you create the PF DBCS field type as 'O' type ?

If you use ftp from pc, use

quote type c Kanji-client-ccsid
put lib/file.member

which Kanji-client-ccsid is the PC OS ccsid.(for example: Tranditional 
chinese XP is 950).
