No, but what I think it says is that what a lot of people already knew. You can't purchase just software support to report pmr's, etc. And you can't just purchase upgrades. You purchase the combined package. Not sure how it works but maybe you get x days of free pmr support with a new purchase. Perhaps you reported an issue and that is what triggered this email. Perhaps you didn't purchase the SWMA. Don't know if that's something that you can wrap into your initial purchase, or if you would have wanted to (accounting reasons?). Rob Berendt
