Since you are running V5R3 of i5/os, why not load that same version of 
iSeries Navigator?  Unless you're running some really old PC you should be 
ok.  If you are running an old PC, here's yet another excuse to get 
something current.

In V5R3 you open up File Systems, Integrated File Systems (NOT File 
Shares), open up Root, Right click on XRT and select Sharing, New Share
