I have On Demand installed on a V5R1 AS400 and it work perfectly.  Via the menu
system I can do all necessary administrative tasks.

Enter Ops Nav.

I can't access any On Demand administrative functions with Ops Nav.  I tried
installing the plug in but nothing happens.  What's missing?
