"the changed server objects..". If you mean files that are on the 
server you'll need to save /QFPNWSSTG (at V5R2 not sure about V5R3).  

The /QNTC/servers on my system are the 'other devices of Evil' that 
are on the networks (Windows Servers).  

I thought that the server configuration is stored in QSYS as a *NWSD

We run a Sametime server on ours so the data isn't really a concern 
other than recovering the WinOS and Sametime code.  I usually vary it 
off before I run my SAVESYSTEM control group.  Works fine.  I've 
recovered the system a few times at our IBM BRS site.  The few times 
that it didn't work was because they hooked up an external x-Series 
server with the HSL card and that config wasn't compatible.
