Well, years and years ago when we had just a few pc's and communications to plants was a bit primitive we had 1 or 2 in tech support. Now that we have several racks of networking equipment, several hundred pc's, several racks of PC servers in addition to several IXS cards we have 5 in tech support. Not counting the 3 help desk people. These people also handle the Linux issues. Rob Berendt
