- I think the ASSIST menu's option 4 is driven by the QEZSNDMG API - so if
you remove the user's authority to program QEZSNDMG, he will no longer be
able to run option 4:

GRTOBJAUT OBJ(QSYS/QEZSNDMG)
          OBJTYPE(*PGM)
          ASPDEV(*)
          USER(<user profile>)
          AUT(*EXCLUDE)
