On my previous project, the client had a similar need, in that they wanted 
to have their RF guns (with 5250 emulation) in a separate group of device 
names from the regular terminals and PC's.

IIRC, we solved it by assigning a certain IP range to a specific subsystem 
(not QINTER), and specifying a device name prefix for that subsystem.

If you want more info, contact me offline and I'll check with the systems 
guy over there, maybe he'll share the know-how.

One of my customer is using aXes but the web page name is the job name. 
It doesn't include the system name. Given they have at least 10 
systems/partitions they would like the device name to contain the TLA 
for the system so they can see which system they are on in the job name.
