Do you have any dial-up folks coming in ?

If so, how are they handled ?
We used to, but no longer.  When we did we had dedicated multi-drop phone 
lines for each region with controllers at each remote location.  The cost 
was quite high.  Moving everyone to DSL resulted in saving somewhere 
between $1K and $2.5K per month.
