Hi Joe, I have had other Tripp Lite products and they have worked flawless for many years. I'd like to connect it to the 520 if I can. Have you tried the PTF's available for the UPS port? You can read a little about it at: http://archive.midrange.com/midrange-l/200409/msg01530.html It sounds like the biggest problem people have is that it's a must to turn off the i5 after the PTF's are installed. A PwrDwnSys *Restart Yes doesn't work. It must be a cold powerup. What model are you using?
