Bingo Trevor!

Well, education seems to be the key here, Trevor.

Frankly, what education IS current IT getting?? Once again, let's rehash this again as IBM still doesn't get it. Students in ANY IT ciriculum today are being forced Window and Unix dialects, databases, IDE's, languages, methods.... That's what they learn in school. That's the ONLY talent/knowledge base they bring to the market place. That's what they want to buy/work with/hire/promote/etc....

Gee, is there any question why we're seeing what we are??

It is sad, really... A little education goes a long way. Lack of education
