I think it is but a mere perception that the iSeries workforce is greying. 
 One of our developers has two of his sons working here.  They're far from 
grey.

A few years back Roger Pence spoke to our LUG.  He thought there was quite 
a diverse age group there.

What's happened to all those DOS and windows programmers from the 80's and 
earlier?
