Don, I doubt that I would go THAT far. It's not like that guy got transferred internally. It's quite common for IBM marketing people (at any level) to use that on their resume to get another job. That's been happening since you and I started in the business. On the other hand, it is true that a lack of stability (people changing hats - the wearers of the hats changing) is disruptive in any organization.
