You'll spend an hour reading through the packing slips and installation instructions trying to figure out what you got. (Or didn't get!) This happened to us once when our CE upgraded a tape drive. I finally figured out that what we had received was a new sticker to put on the drive, but I guess that the packing rules said that if the product was a tape drive it gets shipped in a tape drive box.
