entries are PCFILE.  Does this mean they are already physical files, or at
least in a form that can be FTP'd as is?

If so we should be able to either "MPUT *" or "MPUT *.*" these files using
binary transfer, correct?

Also, using PUT we are able to connect and transfer using SENDPASV.  Will
this work the same for MPUT?
