I've used PagerLink. It works, but I had a dispute with them regarding their lousy error recovery from difficulties communicating to Arch paging that I tried to switch vendors. Boss wouldn't authorize it though. I've heard nothing but positive comments regarding Byteware's Messenger Plus. For some of our paging we use email, but that won't work for you since you requested functionality in restricted state. (I am not sure of any that will.) Rob Berendt
