One more thing..... All Splfs that arrive via SNDNETSPLF were created by 
Jobs named QPRTJOB.  So you might also try WRKJOB QPRTJOB.  There will be 
multiple Jobs and they should be in Alhabetical Order by User.  You can 
verify that the user you were sending to is not in the list.... Or if they 
are, drill down to their job to see if you can find the missing splf's.
