That was a problem for me earlier.

Wonder how it works.  The problem I had was the trigger was duplicated
but mark OPERATIVE(*NO).

It was an SQL trigger and although the RDBMS duplicated it, there was no
way to make it operative.  I wonder if that has changed now.
