We are having a problem with TCP/IP File Transfer between the mainframe
and our iSeries. It seems to cut off the transfer at 220,000 records
(outbound from the mainframe to iSeries) and doesn't give any error
messages. We are on VSE/ESA 2.3 , TCP/IP Version 1.4 IBM APAR PQ55591
(this was the last PTF tape for this version). 
Our iSeries is a 520 running V5R3.
