Quickest solution:  For a csv file use ASCII, not BIN.

Other issues:
- initiating a ftp session from iSeries to DOS requires that you load a 
ftp server on the PC.  We take that for granted on our box (as long as 
you've loaded TCP/IP).  DOS supplies a FTP server, but you have to load 
that as an additional option and then set it up.  Honestly, I let other 
team members here set it up on the PC's we need it on.
