Yes.  Just don't attempt while people are using the system via IP.

OK!

I am not sure what combination of steps it was that ended up getting the

certificates to work, but ended up being able to use DCM to delete the 
local CA and the *SYSTEM certificate store and then I recreated them.  
No errors and all seems well.

I still can't connect using SSL.  Do I need to restart the telnet server

to have the SSL certificate to take effect?
