I used to do that.  I wonder if it was because I was more familiar with 
SBMJOB.  Now, I pretty much use the options available on ADDJOBSCDE.  One 
thing I found myself doing, when I used the SBMJOB, was to make the 
ADDJOBSCDE entry something like MYJOB and the job name on the SBMJOB 
within MYJOBJQ.  Allowed me to do the WRKJOB MYJOBJQ and get to what I 
really wanted.

We use a lot of BPCS also.
