Hi John I installed Turnover CMS at a company around four or five years ago and was very impressed with it. Turnover works in much the same way as any other Change Management System, in that you are provided with all of the tools for checking out, checking in and promoting source and objects from and to the appropriate environments and reporting/auditing on any requests made. The system works around the use of Projects which could be defined as either "Help-Desk" style or not. The difference between the two styles of project was that Help Desk projects could be used to build a knowledge base that was accessible via both green screen and GUI front ends.
