Looking at the command again, and by looking at DSPFD, I see what you are saying Trigger Description Trigger name . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . : TRG QSYS_TRIG_GDWEB__ ____FTPUSEROP__000001 Trigger library . . . . . . . . . . . . . : GDWEB Trigger state . . . . . . . . . . . . . . : STATE *ENABLED Trigger status . . . . . . . . . . . . . : *OPERATIVE Trigger event . . . . . . . . . . . . . . : TRGEVENT *INSERT Trigger time . . . . . . . . . . . . . . : TRGTIME *BEFORE Allow repeated change . . . . . . . . . . : ALWREPCHG *YES Program Name . . . . . . . . . . . . . . : PGM FTPUSEROPT Library . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . : GDWEB Program is threadsafe . . . . . . . . . . : THDSAFE *UNKNOWN Multithreaded job action . . . . . . . . : MLTTHDACN *SYSVAL Trigger type . . . . . . . . . . . . . . : *SYS Trigger orientation . . . . . . . . . . . : *ROW Trigger creation date and time . . . . . : 03/24/03 16:30:53 Number of trigger update columns . . . . : 0 To tell you the truth, I never mess with TRG and TRGLIB. Just the first 4 or 5 parameters on ADDPFTRG. Obviously there are no objects supported in the library system with names as big as what you see above for TRG. I think this is only used for the file QSYS2/SYSTRIGGER. What relation it has on restores, dupes and whatnot I am not sure. Oops, lunch time, gotta go. Rob Berendt
