Can include formulas and values but (to the best of my knowledge) no way to handle formatting (colors etc.) B) HTML. Can include formulas, values, and formatting. MS have removed the details of how to code formulas etc. from their web sites but you can still find it if you dig. C) XML. Pro versions of 2003 can (I think) read it.
