   We are starting to look for a forms overlay package.  Any recommendations
   on forms overlay, pdf, email, fax packages.
   Any pros or cons of any packages.  Ease of use, support issues?? Any
   particular printer problems.  We will be using HP printers and maybe Dell
   (all pcl compatible).
