I was thinking the same thing, however, I doubt that SSN, bank info is being shown in the email. I seriously doubt that Sarbanes would allow that. The only thing that would be compromised is how much a person makes. But what do I know? Aside from the issues like income, it wouldn't be that hard for someone along the chain (say the ISP) to harvest social security numbers, employee numbers, etc which could be very useful for either identity theft or information used for "social engineering" type hacks. I wouldn't put credit card information in an email either. Would you?
