Fix Central Problems???

Is anyone else having problems signing into Fix Central?  Yesterday and
today when I try to get into fix central to check on a Cum set or HMC
upgrades I get this in my browser window after it tries to connect.

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was
unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, smsinet@xxxxxxxxxx and inform

that may have caused the error.
