You need to build the statement dynamically and then
use the PREPARE statement.  Something like this should work.

DECLARE SELECTFROMTABLE VARCHAR(30);
DECLARE STMT VARCHAR(2000);
DECLARE C1 CURSOR WITH RETURN FOR SQLSTMT;

SET SELECTFROMTABLE = 'realtablename' + IN_COMPANY;
SET STMT = 'SELECT IN_COMPANY AS COMPANY FROM ' || SELECTFROMTABLE;

PREPARE SQLSTMT FROM STMT;
OPEN C1;
SET RESULT SETS CURSOR C1;
